How To Change Your Password and Contact Information in Plesk

To change your password for access to the Customer Panel:

  1. Click a link with your name at the top of the screen.
  2. Click Edit Profile.
  3. In the profile settings, type a new password, confirm it and click OK.

To change a username or password that you use for connecting to your subscription over FTP or SSH:

  1. Go to Websites & Domains.
  2. Click Web Hosting Access.
  3. Type the new username or password, and click OK.

To change your contact information:

  1. Click the link with your name at the top of the screen.
  2. Click Edit Profile.
  3. Select the Contact Details tab.
  4. Update your contact information and click OK.
