There are several ways you could access the email(s) you created on your Plesk Panel.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Below are some of the ways you could configure your desktop, smart-phones or tablets so you can always have direct access to your emails.<\/p>\n

Accessing From Webmail<\/strong><\/p>\n

To access your mailbox through webmail, do any of the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. In a Web browser<\/strong>, visit the URL webmail.example.com, where example.com is the Internet address of your website.
    \nWhen prompted, specify your full email address as the username (for example,\u00a0mail@example.com), and specify the email address password.<\/li>\n
  2. When logged in to Plesk<\/strong>, go to Mail, and in the list of email addresses, click the webmail icon corresponding to the email address you need.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note: If you cannot open the webmail page, make sure that a webmail solution is enabled.<\/span>
    \n<\/strong>
    \nOpen the Mail section, then the Mail Settings tab, click the name of the domain for which webmail is inaccessible, and select a webmail client in the Webmail menu.<\/p>\n

    Accessing Your Mail From Window Live Mail<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The instructions provided in this section were verified against\u00a0Windows Live Mail Version 2012<\/strong>. They might not work with earlier or\u00a0later versions of Windows Live Mail.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    To set up Windows Live Mail:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Open\u00a0Windows Live Mail.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Click\u00a0Accounts > Email.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Type in your\u00a0email address and password<\/strong>\u00a0and select the Manually configure server settings checkbox.<\/li>\n
    4. Click\u00a0Next.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. In the\u00a0Incoming server information<\/strong>\u00a0section specify the following:\n
        \n
      • Server type:\u00a0Select IMAP<\/strong>\u00a0if you want to keep copies of received email messages on the server.\u00a0Select POP if you do not.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Server address:\u00a0Type in your domain name<\/strong>, for example, example.com.<\/li>\n
      • Requires a secure connection\u00a0(SSL\/TLS):<\/strong>\u00a0Select this checkbox if advised by your provider. Otherwise leave it clear.<\/li>\n
      • Port:\u00a0Leave the default values<\/strong>\u00a0unless your provider advises you to use custom ones.<\/li>\n
      • Authenticate using:\u00a0Select Clear text if you are using Plesk for Windows and\u00a0chose POP from the Server type menu.<\/strong>\u00a0Otherwise select\u00a0Secure Password Authentication.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Logon user name:\u00a0Type in the name of your email account,\u00a0for example,\u00a0mail@example.com.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Accessing Your Mail From Mozilla Thunderbird<\/strong><\/p>\n

        The instructions provided in this section were verified against\u00a0Mozilla Thunderbird 31.4.0.<\/strong>\u00a0They might not work with earlier or later versions of\u00a0Mozilla Thunderbird.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        To set up Mozilla Thunderbird:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Open\u00a0Mozilla Thunderbird.<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. Click\u00a0Email under the Create a new account heading.<\/strong><\/li>\n
        3. Click the Skip this and use my existing email button.<\/li>\n
        4. Specify the following:Click Continue.<\/strong>\n

          • Your name, as you want it to appear in any messages you send.<\/li>\n
          • Your email address and password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Click Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • If Thunderbird fails to find the settings automatically, specify the following:Click Done.<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Account type. If you want to keep copies of messages on the server,\u00a0select the IMAP option<\/strong>. If you do not want to keep any messages on the server, select the POP3 option. Selecting IMAP will also allow you to train the SpamAssassin spam filter on email messages you receive, provided SpamAssassin is enabled on the server.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Click Done<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              f you wish to set up a mail account manually, please use the following typical combinations of connection security and authentication method settings. If the settings do not work for you, ask your hosting provider about the correct combination.<\/p>\n

              On Linux, SMTP, IMAP, POP3:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    Other parameters that you may need when configuring your account manually:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    • Incoming\u00a0server address (POP3\/IMAP).<\/strong>\u00a0Specify your website’s Internet address. Example: example.com<\/strong><\/li>\n
                    • Outgoing server address.\u00a0Specify your website’s Internet address.<\/strong>\u00a0Example: example.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      Accessing You From Apple Mail<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      The instructions provided in this section were verified against Apple Mail 8.2. They might not work with earlier or later versions of Apple Mail.<\/p>\n

                      To set up Apple Mail:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      1. Open\u00a0Apple Mail<\/strong>\u00a0and choose the\u00a0Add Other Mail Account<\/strong>\u00a0option from the list.<\/li>\n
                      2. Click Continue.<\/strong><\/li>\n
                      3. Specify your full name, your email address and password, and\u00a0click Create.<\/strong>\u00a0After you are prompted to configure the account manually, click Next.<\/li>\n
                      4. Specify the following:Click Next.<\/strong>\u00a0When prompted for additional information, click Next again.\n

                                To set up a mail account on iPhone:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                1. Go to\u00a0Settings\u00a0>\u00a0Mail, Contact, Calendars<\/strong>\u00a0and select\u00a0Add Account.<\/strong>\"Mail_Contacts_Calendars\"<\/li>\n
                                2. In the displayed list of email providers, select\u00a0Other.\u00a0Then tap\u00a0Add Mail Account.<\/strong>\"Providers\"<\/li>\n
                                3. On the\u00a0New Accountscreen, enter the following information:\n

                                  • Name. Specify the name that will be displayed in your emails.<\/li>\n
                                  • Email. Specify your full email address.\u00a0Example:\u00a0admin1@example.com<\/em>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
                                  • Password. Specify the password of your email account.<\/li>\n
                                  • Description. Specify account description\u00a0(optionally).<\/strong>\"New<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                                  • Tap\u00a0Next.<\/strong>\u00a0At the top of the next screen select\u00a0IMAP\u00a0(if you want to keep copies of received email messages on the server) or\u00a0POP.<\/strong>\u00a0Then specify the details of your incoming and outgoing mail servers. For both servers, you should enter the following:Once the email configuration is added, tap\u00a0Saveto continue. The connection to the specified server will be verified. If the connection is OK, you will see the screen where you can choose what information you want to sync with your phone.\n
                                      \n
                                    • Host name. Type in your domain name, for example,\u00a0example.com<\/em>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
                                    • User name. Type in the name of your email account,\u00a0for example,\u00a0admin@example.com<\/em>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
                                    • Password. The password to your email account (it is optional for outgoing mail server).\"Incoming_Outcoming\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                                    • Once the email configuration<\/strong>\u00a0is added,\u00a0tap\u00a0<\/strong>Save\u00a0<\/strong>to continue.<\/strong>\u00a0The connection to the specified server will be verified.\u00a0If the connection is OK<\/strong>, you will see the screen where you can choose what information you want to sync with your phone.\n

                                      \"Syncing\"<\/li>\n

                                    • When all the information is provided, tap\u00a0Save<\/strong>\u00a0to save the entered information. Your iPhone will then verify your account information. Upon successful completion, you will be taken to the\u00a0Mail\u00a0screen.<\/strong>\u00a0Your account will now be listed in the\u00a0Accounts\u00a0section.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                      Note: If you are experiencing any difficulties with syncing your messages, you can manually configure the folders correspondence. To do this, select your newly created account and enter the\u00a0Advanced\u00a0section. Here you can choose a mailbox\u00a0(Drafts,\u00a0Sent,\u00a0Deleted,\u00a0Archive)<\/strong>\u00a0and select a matching folder on the server. This way your folders will be in sync no matter where or how you access your email.<\/p>\n

                                      Access From Android<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                      The instructions provided in this section were verified against\u00a0Android 4.4.2.<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                      To set up a mail account on Android:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                        \n
                                      1. Open the Gmail app. Touch the menu on the top left. Touch the down arrow to the right of your username and then touch\u00a0Add account. Then follow the steps described below. To go to the next step, tap\u00a0Next\u00a0on the screen.<\/li>\n
                                      2. On the\u00a0Set up email\u00a0screen select\u00a0Personal (POP, IMAP).\"Set_up_mail_2\"<\/li>\n
                                      3. On the next screen, specify your full email address.\u00a0Example:\u00a0admin@example.com<\/em>.<\/strong>\"Add_address\"<\/li>\n
                                      4. Specify the type of account.<\/strong>\u00a0To keep the copies of email messages on the server,\u00a0select the\u00a0IMAP\u00a0option.<\/strong>\u00a0If you do not want to keep them on the\u00a0server, select\u00a0POP3.<\/strong>\"Account_type\"<\/li>\n
                                      5. Specify the password of your email account.<\/strong>\"Password\"<\/li>\n
                                      6. The next screen displays the settings of an incoming server.\u00a0Specify the Port number 110 for POP3 or 143 for IMAP.<\/strong>\"Incoming_server\"<\/li>\n
                                      7. The next screen displays the settings of an outgoing server.\u00a0The port number should be 25.<\/strong>\"Outgoing_server2\"<\/li>\n
                                      8.
