To view the reports on disk space and traffic usage by your account:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. If you have several subscriptions associated with your account, in the\u00a0Subscription<\/strong>\u00a0menu at the top of the screen, select the required subscription.<\/li>\n
2. Go to\u00a0Statistics<\/strong>.The following information is presented in charts:<\/strong>\n
   \n
   • Disk space used by the following files and directories in the subscription:\n
     \n
     • Websites<\/strong><\/li>\n
     • Mail accounts<\/strong><\/li>\n
     • Databases<\/strong><\/li>\n
     • Logs<\/strong><\/li>\n
     • Backups<\/strong><\/li>\n
     • Chroot directories<\/strong><\/li>\n
     • Configuration files<\/strong><\/li>\n
     • Anonymous FTP directory<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
     • Traffic used by FTP, web, and mail services during the current month.FTP<\/strong>\u00a0field shows the information about the total size of files transferred to and from the subscription over the file transfer protocol.HTTP<\/strong>\u00a0field shows the information about the total amount of data transferred from all of your websites over HTTP protocol, that is, retrieved by web browsers.\n

       POP3\/IMAP<\/strong>\u00a0field shows the total amount of data received by all mail accounts under your domains.<\/p>\n

       SMTP<\/strong>\u00a0field shows the total amount of data sent by all mail accounts under your domains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

     • Do any of the following:<\/strong>\n
       \n
       • To view a report on the amount of data transferred to and from your sites over FTP, click\u00a0FTP Statistics.<\/strong><\/li>\n
       • To view a report on the amount of data transferred to and from your FTP directory, which is accessed without authorization, click\u00a0Anonymous FTP statistics.<\/strong><\/li>\n
       • To view a report on the amount of traffic used by services during a certain month, click\u00a0Data Transfer Statistics<\/strong>, and select the required month from the menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         Remember that depending on the Provider’s policy your subscription can be suspended automatically if you overuse disk space.
         \nHere are some tips that can help you free up some space:<\/strong><\/p>\n

         \n
         • Remove any unnecessary and\/or obsolete files that are stored in the httpdocs folder.<\/li>\n
         • Configure log rotation as described in the\u00a0Log Files<\/strong>\u00a0section.<\/li>\n
         • Delete outdated emails, or configure your mail client to download email messages from the server by switching to POP3.<\/li>\n
         • Remove outdated backup files as described in the\u00a0Uploading and Downloading Backup Files<\/strong>\u00a0section.<\/li>\n
         • Remove unnecessary databases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

           The Disk space usage by services chart displays how much space is taken up by web site\u00a0content, emails, backups, logs, and databases.<\/strong>
           \nIt is important to pay attention to the services that use the most disk space.
