The IPv4 request form is split up into four sections<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Requested Subnet Size:<\/strong>\u00a0From this drop down, select the IP block size that you’re requesting, this is in addition to any IP blocks you currently have assigned to you.<\/p>\n

Existing Assignments:<\/strong>\u00a0You must provide details about IP blocks that you have been previously assigned. For each IP you must list the customer that the IP is assigned\/re-assigned to, what the IP is being used for, and a domain\/hostname if applicable. The customer must be either a valid full name or company. The usage should be something that absolutely requires it’s own IP and a service\/usage that cannot be shared with any other IP due to technological limitations. For any IPs that are not usable, please either list not usable or N\/A.<\/p>\n

1) IP: you have to replace all existing IPs which is with your server IPs that you got.<\/strong><\/span>
\n2) Customer: Should be your name or other name who is responsible for this Additional IPs.<\/strong><\/span>
\n3) Usage: Let us know the usage of your existing IPs which is with your server right now. For which purpose you will use IPs.<\/strong><\/span>
\n4) Domain\/Hostname: You should have qualified domain name or any hostname which is related to your or your company.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
Move on 2nd faze.<\/strong><\/p>\n
Remember that your subnet is xxx IPs and you have to divide all xxx IPs in IP-based Virtual Hosting option and Other (specify) option.<\/strong><\/p>\n
1) IP-based Virtual Hosting: You need to tell us how many IPs will be used for Virtual Hosting.<\/strong><\/span>
\n2) Other (specify): You need to tell us how many IPs will be used for Other (specify)<\/strong><\/span>
\n3) SSL Virtual Hosting: If you will used IPs for SSL Virtual Hosting you need to tell us how many IPs.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
Move On 3rd faze.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
1) Reason For Using IP-based Virtual Hosting: You have to tell us a valid reason in detail for which purpose or what is your goal for usage of IPs.<\/strong><\/span>
\n2) Other (specify) Address Utilization: You have to tell us a valid reason in detail for which purpose or what is your goal for other IPs usage.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
