Your mailbox password is the one you use when you log in to the Webmail or e-mail client, such as Apple Mail, Outlook, or the mail app on your phone.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have set up the e-mail address on other devices, once you update the e-mail password, you should update the settings of all your e-mail clients to use this new password for IMAP and SMTP logins.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Your password must contain at least 8 characters, and at least one UPPERCASE letter, one lowercase, one number, and one special character (,.\/!@#$%^&*, etc.)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

To change the password for your e-mail address, log in to the\u00a0GroupOffice Webmail<\/strong>\u00a0using your current password:<\/p>\n

Log in using your full\u00a0e-mail address<\/strong>\u00a0and your\u00a0current e-mail password<\/strong><\/li>\n
Click on the\u00a0User\u00a0<\/strong>icon from the top right to activate the menu. Then click on\u00a0My account<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

In the\u00a0Account\u00a0<\/strong>tab, in the\u00a0Password\u00a0<\/strong>section, you can fill in the new password.<\/li>\n
Fill in and confirm the new password. Please note the password must meet all the requirements.<\/li>\n
You can also generate a strong password by clicking on the\u00a0Refresh arrow<\/strong>\u00a0icon at the right of the\u00a0Password\u00a0<\/strong>field.<\/li>\n
Click on the\u00a0Update password and log me out from everywhere<\/strong>\u00a0button. This will log you out of every device or email client.<\/li>\n
Your password was updated, and you can now use it to log back in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
