1. You need to have a Fully Operational, active affiliate account.
2. In order to increase traffic and sales through their affiliate tracking links, affiliates MAY NOT provide cashback, prizes, or other incentives. This affiliate program does not allow coupon sites to participate.
3. Traffic produced by Pay-to-Click, Pay-to-Read, discount code websites, banner exchanges, click exchanges, CPV advertising, pop-up/under, spam, or comparable techniques CANNOT be used by affiliate.
4. Affiliates are not permitted to utilize cookie stuffing strategies, such as using a 1×1 pixel iframe, that set the tracking cookie before the user clicks on the referral link.
5. When it comes to PPC on the Internet, affiliates are not allowed to bid on or utilize AKLWEB Hosting’s trademark, trademark +, or misspelled keywords (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask, etc.).
6. Affiliates are prohibited from using the trademark, trademark +, or misspelling terms of AKLWEB HOST in their domain names.
7. Before directing visitors to AKLWEB HOST servers, affiliates are in charge of making sure their tracking code is operating correctly. The Affiliate is solely accountable for any changes made to the links. Referral money may not be reimbursed, at AKLWEB HOST’s sole discretion, for tracking issues resulting from editing, disguising, redirecting, or tampering with affiliate links.
8. Affiliates are not permitted to direct users to our website via links and redirected pages. For instance, you might not have a PPC link on a search engine that sends users to our website and targets misspelled or trademarked terms, such as the trademark of AKLWEB HOST. Furthermore, it is not permitted for you to buy a domain and configure it to forward traffic from your affiliate link to our website.
9. Without first obtaining AKLWEB HOST’s express written consent, affiliates are not permitted to replicate the entire website or any part of it, including, but not limited to, any of the host’s trademarks or other intellectual property, and display them on their own website or subdomain.
10. Affiliates are not permitted to advertise business opportunity websites or other marketing strategies that draw in fraudulent or short-term clients (those with low rates of customer retention and renewal), as assessed solely at our discretion.
11. There won’t be any affiliate compensation given for orders for domain registration or transfer, cheap web hosting, free web hosting, SSL certificates, anti-spam software, or CDN services.
12. The first user receives credit, and cookies are set to expire after 30 days.
13. At least 30 days shall pass while the service is in operation. You will not be eligible to receive the commission for that sale if the consumer quits the service within 30 days of the signup date.
14. In the event that affiliate tracking fails, database files are lost, or there is intentional damage to the program and/or our website(s), AKLWEB HOST shall not be held responsible for any indirect or unintentional damages (loss of revenue, commissions).
15. After any holding time and in line with a normal payout cycle set by www.aklwebhost.com, commissions that are determined to be due and owed to you under the program will be paid directly by www.aklwebhost.com. Neither you nor your family members nor any employees of your organization will receive any commission for signups.
16. You can get paid commissions for each new customer you refer using your own affiliate link. A client who has had an active account with us in the past is considered an existing customer and is not eligible to receive a commission through the program.
17. An affiliate is unable to recommend themselves and get paid for a transaction they made. For affiliate commission purposes, opening a new account and using an existing account to make a payment is regarded as referring oneself.
18. On the first of each month, the tier commission is reset.
19. Affiliates are not permitted to employ comparable techniques or traffic-generating software to drive visitors to our website.
20. Qualifying sales and bounty actions (clicks) are both rewarded by AKLWEB HOST. We do, however, strongly discourage it and have the right to deactivate inactive accounts. Affiliates who are merely producing clicks for bounty purposes will be watched for 30 days. If, after that time, they do not generate any qualifying sales or transactions, they will either be warned or strengthened without receiving any commission.
21. Affiliates are not permitted to use any blackhat methods. If discovered, the account will be suspended and their pending commission will be instantly refused.
22. You can make a withdrawal request as soon as you have the required $100 USD balance. Only the PayPal account will receive the commission payout. You will receive the commission to your PayPal address within 30 days of submitting the withdrawal request.
